1. OVERVIEW
1.1 The Asia-Pacific Leapfrog Works E365 Modelling Competition 2025 (Competition) is sponsored by Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Bentley), with its registered address at 685 Stockton Drive, Exton, Pennsylvania 19341, US, in connection with the Leapfrog Works application (Leapfrog Works). The Competition is governed by these Terms and Conditions (Rules). If you do not agree to these Rules, please do not participate in the Competition.
1.2 The objective of the Competition is to use Leapfrog Works to build a geological model using the Flieden Bridge dataset, with either a plan view or a strip view of the model and a cross section (Model).
1.3 A panel of judges selected by Bentley will select one winner (Winner). Prize details for the Winner are detailed in Section 3.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND METHOD OF ENTRY
2.1 The Competition begins on December, 1, 2025 (Start Date) and will continue until 11:59 Pacific Standard Time on December, 7, 2025 (Deadline). Entry Models must be submitted via Central by the Deadline. Bentley will announce the Winner on or around December 8, 2025.
2.2 To be eligible to participate in the Competition, participants must:
a. have an E365 license of Leapfrog Works;
b. have registered for a Leapfrog Works training in 2025;
c. have used fewer than 5 user days of Leapfrog Works.
2.3 Bentley reserves the right to exclude from the Competition any participant who does not meet one or more of the eligibility requirements, or otherwise comply with these Rules.
2.4 Participants may submit one entry only.
2.5 Each submission must be created solely by the individual registered to the Leapfrog Works license and must not infringe any third party proprietary rights.
2.6 By participating in the Competition, participants agree that the Seequent User Terms available here https://www.seequent.com/legal-privacy/online-services-user-terms/ (User Terms) apply to their use of Leapfrog Works. All intellectual property rights in the submissions will immediately vest in Bentley on creation.
3. PRIZES
3.1 The Winner will receive one prize of 16 hours of project assistance and one Seequent SWAG pack (Prize) with an approximate retail value of US$5050.
3.2 Bentley reserves the right to substitute Prize with another of equal or greater value if the original Prize becomes unavailable.
3.3 The Winner will be solely responsible for complying with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial, local or other statutes, laws, rules and regulations relating to the Prize.
3.4 The Prize: (a) is non transferable; (b) cannot be redeemed for cash; and (c) cannot be exchanged for another item.
3.5 Participants agree and acknowledge that local law and their company’s policies allow them to enter into the Competition and to receive a cash equivalent prize.
4. JUDGING
4.1 All submissions which fulfil the eligibility requirements will be judged according to the following criteria:
a. best cross-section along the bridge showing the most consistent topsoil thickness at the abutments; and
b. submissions must include either a plan view or a strip view of the Model.
4.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Rules and by the decisions of Bentley. The decisions of Bentley are final, binding, and made in their sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, the User Terms, Privacy Statement and all other relevant policies found on the Seequent-branded Bentley website apply to all participants in the Competition. In the event of conflict between these Rules and any other Bentley policy, these Rules will apply.
5. PRIVACY
5.1 Personal information that you provide to Bentley in connection with the Competition may be used, held, and disclosed by Bentley for the purpose of conducting the Competition and otherwise in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://www.seequent.com/legal-privacy/privacy-statement/.
6. ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 The Winner will be notified by the email connected to their Leapfrog Works license. The Prize will be provided by way of delivery to the participant’s valid delivery address, as confirmed with the Winner over email.
7. GOVERNING LAW
7.1 The Competition and these Rules will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all claims arising in connection with the Competition or these Rules.
8. GENERAL
8.1 Bentley is not responsible for technical failures or human error that may occur in the submission, collection, or processing of entries. By entering the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bentley, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Competition.
8.2 Bentley may disqualify your entry into the Competition, or withhold delivery of the Prize from you, if Bentley believes that you have breached any of these Rules.

9. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
9.1 The Prize is subject to US, EU, and other applicable sanctions laws and regulations (Sanctions). By entering the Competition, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to Sanctions and are not located in or a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions. The list of restricted countries, regions, entities, and individuals is subject to change without notice.
9.2 Bentley will not deliver the Prize to any individual or entity where such delivery would violate Sanctions, and reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that delivery would violate Sanctions.
