Geologic models generated from geophysical data are subject to non-uniqueness. This means that an infinite number of models could match your geophysical input response. The new 3D grid editing tool in Oasis montaj 2022.1 empowers users of GM-SYS 3D to rapidly test a suite of geological hypotheses to determine the most suitable (geologically reasonable) model that minimizes the misfit or error of the Calculated or Forward model response.
