Follow these steps to ensure license access and reporting are set up correctly for your organisation.

Set up

Bentley account set up

Create a Bentley account

  • already have a Bentley account? Please skip this step.
  • Follow this link and click “Don’t have an account? Register now.”

 

Whitelist Bentley’s Connection Client

  • This will ensure your team doesn’t experience interruptions when migrated.

User administration set up

  • Go to Bentley User Management
  • Select Add Users or Bulk Operation
  • If your organisation uses active directory federation with Bentley user management, your users will automatically be added, and you can skip this step.
  • Complete the details for any new users or upload a file with multiple users for bulk changes

User administration set up for Seequent Central

Go to the Central Admins page to add users.

  • Users will receive an automatic email letting them know they have been added to the Central Server.

User administration set up for Seequent Evo

Go to the Evo Admins page to add users.

  • Users will receive an automatic email letting them know they have been added to an Evo instance.
