Lyceum 2021 | Together Towards Tomorrow

Water is imperative for human life and well-being.

Access to safe water and sanitation is the pivotal point that turn problems into potential by empowering people with time for school and work and contributing to improved health for all. Currently there is much uncertainty around available groundwater resources, changing withdrawal rates and variable recharge.

Fortunately, data availability is increasing as is our ability to analyze data. As such, Geoscience has a mandate to inform the actions of society through our findings and create an open dialogue with governments and the public alike to improve our management and use of water.
