Important Notes / Unsupported Setups
- Running Leapfrog in a virtualised environment is supported with conditions, contact your regional support representative for more information
- Running Leapfrog via a remote desktop connection or other remote login system is not supported
- Opening Leapfrog projects over a network connection is not supported
- Graphics processor must have at least 4 GB memory
- Touch-screen hardware is not supported
Bentley Account Requirements for Leapfrog Works
If you are using Bentley accounts with Leapfrog Works, please ensure the following:
- Connection Client: Version 24.1.0 or newer is required for Leapfrog Works to operate correctly.
