Media advisory: Bentley and Seequent at World Tunnel Congress 2025 Booth B03:08 | Stockholm, Sweden | 9–15 May 2025

Seequent, the Bentley Subsurface Company, will be exhibiting at the 2025 World Tunnel Congress (WTC), the premier annual event of the International Tunnelling Association (ITA-AITES), drawing over 2,000 global professionals in tunnelling and underground infrastructure. WTC 2025 will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, from 9 to 15 May.

WTC represents a co-branded opportunity for Bentley and Seequent, who have participated at the event since 2022. Together, the companies will showcase innovations that bridge the gap between geological modelling and infrastructure engineering, empowering project teams to tackle complex subsurface conditions.

Where to find us:

📍 Booth B03:08 Join Bentley and Seequent to experience connected workflows through dynamic demos and expert-led discussions.

Why It Matters: Tunnel engineering remains one of the most challenging disciplines due to subsurface unpredictability. Seequent’s solutions, including OpenTunnel Designer, Leapfrog Works and PLAXIS, empower engineers to simulate what they cannot see, anticipate geotechnical risks, and optimise project outcomes.

  • Simulate what you can’t see: Use advanced analysis and 3D modelling to predict and prevent failures in tunnelling projects.
  • Advance tunnelling through integrated digital models: Leverage connected digital workflows that align all stakeholders with real-time, dynamic data.
  • Identify and mitigate risk early: Visualise subsurface complexity to reduce rework, delays, and cost overruns.
What to Expect:

  • Technical presentations highlighting real-world applications of subsurface digital modelling.
  • Expert insights into how digital innovation is transforming tunnel design, construction, and operations.
  • Live demonstrations of Leapfrog Works, PLAXIS, and integrated workflows across the civil and subsurface ecosystem.
  • Interview opportunities with Gideon Simons, Regional Segment Manager, EMEA
