What are the system requirements for Oasis montaj?

Can I select other extensions?
You can currently only choose from the three packages:
• Oasis montaj – Potential Fields
• Oasis montaj – Airborne Survey
• Oasis montaj – IP & Resistivity

Where can I download the latest version of Oasis montaj?
Oasis montaj can be downloaded here.

How do I install Oasis montaj?
Once you have downloaded Oasis montaj, simply run the downloaded file and the installation process will begin. In order to use Oasis montaj, you will need to sign in using your Seequent ID. If you already have Oasis montaj installed, refer to this article for information on refreshing and updating your software extensions.

Purchasing a subscription

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for payment.

When will my subscription start?
Your subscription will start immediately once payment has been processed and it is valid for a consecutive 24-hour or 7-day period.

Can I buy multiple days?
You can buy one day or seven (7) days. Need more? Come back and purchase another day or week any time you need.

Can I purchase a subscription with a future start date?
No. All subscriptions will begin once payment has been processed.

What is the currency used for the subscription prices?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Can I submit a Purchase Order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Purchases Orders via our online payment system.

What billing address should I use?
You should use the address associated with your credit card.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon purchase of your subscription.

Will I be charged if the purchase is rejected?
No. If your credit card payment is rejected, you will be notified on-screen and your credit card will not be charged.

Will I be charged sales tax for my purchase?
Yes. Sales tax is determined based on the billing address.

Will I receive a receipt outlining my order details?
Yes. A receipt will be emailed to your Seequent ID email address. This receipt will outline the full details of your order.

Can I cancel my subscription?
No. Once purchased, subscriptions will continue for the duration selected. If you have a billing issue, contact [email protected].

How can I print a copy of my receipt?
You can print a copy of the purchase receipt that was emailed to you following the subscription purchase.

I was charged the incorrect amount. What can I do?
For billing issues, contact our Billing Support team at [email protected].

Can I receive a refund?
Seequent may provide refunds for subscription services by request, within 30 days of purchase, on a case by case basis and only in the case where the service was not consumed. In the event that a service was consumed in part, no refund will be issued. Any refunds will be applied to the credit card account used for the initial purchase. Should the customer be dissatisfied with the service, and an equitable solution cannot be reached, customer’s sole remedies are the termination of the Service Agreement and/or to stop using the service.

Can I switch between subscription packages?
Currently you cannot switch packages while your subscription is active. You can buy another package with a different set of extensions at any time.

Using a subscription

When will my subscription expire?
Daily subscriptions will expire 24 hours after purchase and weekly subscriptions will expire 7 days following purchase. You can refer to your purchase receipt to confirm purchase’s dates or view your active subscription expiry date and time under End User License Agreement for details.

Can I use my subscription from multiple computers?
Your subscription can only be used on one computer at a time.

Do I need to be online to use my subscription?
No. You need to be online to purchase your subscription. Then you can use your subscription either online or offline.

I will only be using a few hours out of the 24 hours, can I save my hours or only pay for a portion?
Your daily subscription is for a consecutive 24-hour period. You have to pay for the full day regardless of how many hours you use the software.
