Airborne Magnetic Levelling & QC Workshop – Remote

New to airborne magnetic quality control and levelling or just looking for a refresher?

Join us in this instructor-led remote course to learn a comprehensive workflow for quality control and levelling of airborne magnetic geophysical survey data in Oasis montaj.

Registration includes complimentary access to everything you need for the course, including Oasis montaj, Geophysics, Airborne QC and Levelling extensions.

This course will be delivered as 4-hour sessions run over the course of 2 days (2 x 4hr = 8 hr total).

To make the most of this course, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, and a secondary screen is highly recommended.

To ensure a quality training experience for all participants, courses are capped at 6 attendees.

Once the registration limit is reached, additional registrants will be added and notified that they are on a waiting list.

Presenter Information: Geoff Plastow, Senior Geophysicist at Seequent.
Geoff is a professional Geophysicist with over 15 years’ experience in mining exploration and applied geophysics.

Geoff has an educational background in Computer Science and Geophysics. He started his career processing and interpreting near-surface seismic data contributing to the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program in Canada.

Moving into exploration Geopshyics, he has experience with airborne and ground geophysical data specializing in Electromagnetic, Potential Fields and Radiometric techniques.

Geoff has been using Oasis montaj for over 15 years and is an active member of the Geophysical community and the Geosoft GX Development Community.

In 2018 Geoff joined Seequent and is based in Vancouver, Canada. In his current role as Senior Geophysicist he contributes to training, project assistance, and supporting users globally.
